Jozani Forest is the Zanzibar National Park.This 3 Hours Tour can be done at any times of the day but the best times are when it is not hot.

This forest is in strict conservation under the governement of Zanzibar and this have been since the great revolution as saw millers were badly interfering.

The strong conservation is done due to the forest being a great refuge of the world rare Red Colobus Monkeys and by good luck are found in Zanzibar only in Jozani Forest National Park and thats why we recommend a special visit to see them as no other wildlife park have this particular  friendly mammal.

The Jozani Forest is the proud place with most Zanzibar flora and fauna with endemic giant tropical forest trees and birds, Mangroove Forest, Sea Turtle sanctuary, Sykes and vervet Monkeys.

The Jozani Forest rangers are knowledgeable and able to detail you most about the great forest and conservation.

The forest is not that thick so you do not need to be in strong boots or wear.
